Fighting to End Violence Against Young Girls

We should fight against the violence against young girls all together, regardless of our gender.

We need to be confident of what we are fighting for, knowing that young girls all around the world are subject to violence, particularly in our country. We should let others know that girls are capable of doing a lot of things, they are capable of carrying out any job in any domain, moreover they can help our country develop much faster. Girls are as intelligent as boys, as brave as boys. When we talk about jobs that require a lot of physical strenght to do, we assume that girls aren't capable of doing such jobs, that girls can't do heavy duty jobs, that they can only do light jobs. African men, as well as Congolese men, think that all girls and women do not have a lot of physical power or intelligence. We should fight against all forms of violence against young girls, as well as for all the girls from all nations.

The sexual violence against young congolese girls needs to stop, it needs to be erased out of the mentality of congolese men and as well as from the minds of foreigners who live in the Congo, and those who commit such act should be punished and condamned by law.

We need to put an end to domestic violence against young girls. Each parents should know that their daughter is equal to their son, their son should privilege the boys alone.

Girls should be in full possession of the rights given by the congolese law, so that they can work to be independent, so that they do not depend on men anymore, wherever in the world we are we need to be active and work harder for gender equality.
