In addition, they take care of vital functions, such as taking care of sick children, paying for their children's education as well as taking care of the elderly. These women suffer from a lot of violence. They also cultivate the fields while they are sick; they sow sorghum, beans and sweet potatoes, etc. Then at harvest time, bandits arrive and take turns with the harvest. We then ask - why all this contempt for women?
