Ex: That the parties of conflict respect the international rights applicable and the protection of women and young girls in particular civil society.

From the convention at Geneva from 1949 and 1979 on the elimination of all forms of violence against women. When the parties in conflict protect the women and girls against acts of sexual violence in particular rape and forced sexual services. We condemn with all our energy with the strongest impunity, the genocides, the massacres against women and girls, the crimes against humanity, the crimes of war and the acts of sexual violence against women and girls.

NB: We recommend to the Congolese state to put an end to all forms of violence that the UN recognizes and that the rights of women be respected. Establish tribunals and other public institutions to protect women against discrimination. Establish equality at the same level between men and women, with an accent on education, health, jobs as well as opportunities in the areas of political and public life that includes the right to vote and to candidature.

The dignity

In reference to the Charter of the United Nations which reaffirms the fundamental human rights in the dignity and value of humanity and the equality of rights of men and women. We demand that these rights are respected in our country, in our province, and in particular in our territory of Kabare where the women are still neglected because their dignity is not respected particularly for women and girls in rural areas.

Education

Educate a woman and you educate a nation. Without omitting particular problems posed to rural women and the important role women play in their work as part of the problem we cite:
The exodus of rural women because of repeated wars in our country and in our region in particular.
The sexual violence committed against women and girls
The lack of participation in the management of public goods.
The work of the non-monetary economy, poverty, malnutrition, insecurity, discrimination of women in rural areas. We recommend to the Congolese state to take measures to eliminate the discrimination of women and girls in rural areas and to ensure the base of equality of men and women and ensure their rights to participation in the creation and execution of development in these rural areas. Women have to receive some sort education and informal training and literacy education so that they can come to information centers and access international training. Women should benefit from all the services, particularly that of technical competencies.
