INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GIRL

I give the situation of my family in this journal. In my family the girls are more marginalized than the boys. In my home often the boys who study better than the girls because after school girls are obligated to do work in the house while the boys study. Ultimately this causes girls to leave their studies and only boys continue. Girls always take care of children and boys study.
In the case of housework it is only girls. Boys are spared. Being in charge of all the world is the inheritance of girls. Girls are only saved from what the boys have in their heritage. Girls are spared from making decisions. Girls suffer multiple discriminations and stigmatizations in their respective families.
Here in the DRC girls and women undergo so many problems because of their gender. Truly we must say no to all forms of discrimination against women and girls in the DRC.
