Congo and Peace

We truly live our lives when we spend quality, peaceful time with our loved ones. That is the best a country can offer its people. But in the Congo, we have had enough: fear and instability are continually part of our lives. We have no hope that we'll one day live like other nations. The Congolese have long cried peace, peace, peace, especially we women in eastern DRC. We want peace in our provinces, we want peace in our lives, and we want peace in our homes. We have long been shedding remorseful tears.
