-.........

Dans les sociètés traditionnelles les anciens pa traçage des patits canaux pour la lutte anti érosive dans les champs mais aussi ils pratiquaient le réboisement;

Solutions for the Environment

In our community, questions about the environment are more common because the consequences of abusive exploitation stand out.

But this exploitation is due to:
-the lack of electricity which leads to deforestation by the cutting of wood for heating, production of embers, and erosion.
-the lack of industries of transformations which lead to the greenhouse effect by the burning of waste. It leads to drought, lack of rainfall, and famine due to bad harvests.
-mining which leads to greenhouse gases, human death, extinction of rare species due the production of toxic gases, the armed conflicts and all their consequences.
All of these are sources of climate change: lack of fresh air, atmospheric pollution, death, poverty, massive destruction of fauna and flora.

Without a clean environment, human life is impossible because it ensures human survival: nourishment, breathing, health, shelter, and a source of income.

The more there is abusive exploitation, the more future generations will not know how satisfy their multiple needs.

In order to ease this environmental problem, several projects have been implemented in our region:
-Project of reforestation by DIOBASS, CERDAF, FH in the territory of Walungu.
-Reforestation along the road Bukavu-Kavumu by the provincial government of South Kivu
-Fight against erosion on the Kabwakasire site by DIOBASS: tracing land levels, digging of unused ditches.

In traditional societies, the elders dug little canals to fight erosion in the fields, and they also practiced reforestation.

I will propose solutions to solve this problem:
-Raise everyone's awareness in the protection of the environment.
-the creation of industries of transformation of waste in order to fight against greenhouse effect
-responsible deforestation that allows the cutting one tree but the planting of three of them
-the construction of hydroelectric powerplants to diminish the radom tree cutting
-systematic control of the exploitation of minerals

This environmental question is very sensitive because if we do not rationally use our resources, human and animal life could disappear from the surface of the Earth. Therefore we are called to be responsible for the environment.
