1. Le manager est un cadre qui opère des analyses scientifiques, les travailleurs sont des cadres qui travail aujourd’hui comme il l’on toujours fait ;
2. Le comportement de prise de décision de cadre peut être décrit à l’aide de programme complexe ;
3. Le manager comme cadre utilise tour à tour des situations particulières, la gestion situationnelle ;
4. Le cadre utilise de programme spécifique qui détermine la suite des tâches conformément à un temps précis ;
5. Un certain nombre de programme du cadre peut être automatique mais qui exige des réponses humaines flexibles difficiles à programmer, changement des réponses, demande le temps à chaque programme il y a une réponse humaine mais qui est flexible ;
6. Le travail du cadre est plus difficile à exécuter car il demande l’élaboration de la stratégie dans un environnement complexe ;
7. Le dilemme de planification qui suggère au cadre de comprendre la dynamique de l’environnement ;
8. L’analyse peut entreprendre une recherche systématique des opportunités et des problèmes, le manager doit bâtir sur l’environnement favorable et connaitre un environnement faible ;
9. L’analyse peut conduire des analyses coût-bénéfice ;
10. L’analyse prend tout son temps de prédire les événements qui risquent de subvenir ;

2. The behavior of decision making of an executive can be described by the help of a complex program.
3. The manager as executive uses in turn particular situations, the situational management.
4. The executive uses a specific program that determines the the nexts steps in accordance to a precise time.
5. A certain number of the program the executive uses can be automatic but require flexible human responses difficult to program. For each change of responses, and for each time requirement, there needs to be a flexible human response.
6. The work of the executive is more difficult to do for it demands the elaboration of the strategy in a complex environment.
7. Planning is a dilemma that requires of the executive the understanding of the dynamic of the environment.
8. The analysis can lead to a systematic research of opportunities and of problems, the manager must build on the favorable environment and understand a weak environment.
9. The analysis can lead to cost benefit analyses.
10. In case the opportunities and crises arise without warning the knowledgeable analyst undertake the analysis on time.
