“Protect your skin”

Skin is a sense organ; and the sun is a destructive instrument to our skin. It is recommended that:
°1. Limit your exposure to sun, above all between 10 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon, when ultraviolet rays are most dangerous

°2. Inspect your skin from your head to toes at least once every three months.

°3.When outside, use a large spectrum sunscreen with an indication of SPF 15 or higher; apply it to yourself generously a half-hour before two hours sun exposure. (Sunscreen is not suitable for children under six months)

°4.Teach early your children to protect themselves from the sun because lesions that lead to skin cancer in adulthood initially result from childhood exposure.

°5.Wear protective clothing (pants, long-sleeve shirts, etc); a large brimmed hat with sunglasses that filter ultraviolet rays to protect our body against any disease.
