Human trafficking

Today August 14, 2013, I was hosted on Top Television in Uganda together with the Chair of the Uganda Anti trafficking task force. I spoke about human trafficking. Uganda is a source, transit and destination Country for Human trafficking and manifestations of human trafficking in Uganda include: forced labor, sex trafficking, organs trafficking, servitude, child sacrifice, child marriages and the use of children in armed conflict. The women and children are the most affected!

It was a great opportunity to discuss all these issues and engage with the public. I remain committed to the cause to end human trafficking and proud to be part of the movement which has boldly resolved that NO ONE SHOULD BE FOR SALE!
