Violation of women's rights

Speaking about violence against women, we focus on women's rights. Law is universal, so we cannot do away with men's rights, but it's a different case for women. Women are people like men, but their rights are still violated: How, why, and when?
1: In talking about how, we hear that women are considered to be incapable of working, whereas women are actually intelligent people like men. Hence, violations of women's rights.
2: In talking about why: This amounts to saying that we consider the woman to be a housewife and this means that only domestic projects should occupy her time; this is wrong.
3: There are violations of women's rights when she remains subjected to a system of having to be represented. Hence, before a woman can push for a judicial act, she needs prior approval from her husband. To close, the modern woman must be able to overcome these violences to achieve the transparency of a paritious, young, and modern democracy.
