Micro Credit Promotes Harmony in the Family

Today, women’s role and place in socio-economic life in the DRC are, in effect, no longer demonstrated. Since the departure of President Mobutu, the state abdicated this responsibility towards the population (bad salaries, non payment of salaries…) the schooling responsibility, medical care, security, raised taxes… are all incumbent on the population. Women cultivated fighting survival reactions to adapt to this drastic context imposed on the population of the DRC. These women fight for the survival of their family in a society largely dominated by poverty. Therefore she engages in the culture of "léasito" promotion.
