"7ème congrès des femmes protestantes et couronement de trophée et brêvet d'honneur "

Nous venons de terminer le 7ème Congrès de femme protestantes sous le Thème: "Car voici il a tout mis à nos pieds" et clôture de festivités de 50 ans d'existence de la FFP, avec un grand défilé des femmes de la Fédération des Femmes Protestantes courroné par la remise des brêvet d'honneur et des trophées remis à plus de 100 femmes venues de toutes les provinces de la RDC dont je fais partie en tant que Présidente des Femmes de la 5ème CELPA (Communauté des Eglises Libres de Pentecote en Afrique), de l'ECC ( Eglise du Christ au Congo) dont siègese trouve au Sud Kivu. Nous avons eu des conférences sous différents sujets:
- la vraie femme de valeur congolaise
- La Fédération des Femmes Protestantes: Quel modèle de leadership
- L'entreprénariat feminin et l'apport de la microfinance sur le développement de la femme
- Les violences sexuelles basées sur le genre, identification, causes et conséquences, pistes des solutions
- l'implication de la femme dans la recherche de la paix, vulgarisation des instruments internationaux, Résolution 1325,l'Accord Cadre, d'Addis Abeba où nous avons été pour la remise de cahier des charges sur la recherche de la paix et stop aux violences faites à la femme.
- Fédération Nationale des Femmes Protestantes 50 ans après: Révitation et Réorientation.
- Bilan du Cinquanténaire et perspectives d'avenir et élaboration des recommandations dont voici quelques une :

Recommandations

:- Aux Gouvernement
Dévelppper un mécanisme pour mettre fin à la geurres, prise en charge des femmes survivantes des violences sexuelles, que la lois sur les violences sexuelles soient mise en application ainsique les lois signées pour instaurer la paix et la sécurité en RDC, payer un salaire descend aux fonctionnaire et qu'il y ait la justice distributive....

Aux Communautés
De collaborrer avec les femmes, ordonnées et en ordonnées d'autres qui méritent, renforcer la sensibilisation sur la paix et les valeurs positives...

Aux femmes de la FFP:
Etre agent de paix (faire régner un climat de paix autour de nous), assurer l'éducation desenfants sans distinction des sexes dès le jeune âge, capitaliser les capacités entreprenariales et manégeriales dont elles disposent pour le developpement durable

Aux provinces
D'encourager les femmes dans leurs initiatives quotidiennes et de garder l'unité des femmes protestantes qui est déjà un acquit pour elles.Ne pas oublier les jeunes filles dans leurs activités ET DE COMMUNIQUER LES ACQUITT DE CE CONGRES.

The 7th Meeting of Protestant Women and the Coronation of the Trophy and Certificate of Honor

We have just finished the the 7th Meeting of Protestant Women under the theme: “For he put everything at our feet”. The closing ceremony featured a grand parade of women from the Federation of Protestant Women, in celebration of the organization's 50 years of existence, as well as a presentation of trophies and certificates of honor. More than 100 women came from all provinces of the RDC, including myself, the President of Women from the 5th Community of Free Churches of the Pentecost in Africa, of the Church of Christ in the Congo, which is located in South Kivu.

We had conferences under different subjects:
-The true values of a Congolese woman
-The Federation of Protestant Women: a model of leadership
-Feminine entrepreneurship and the contribution of microfinance to the development of the woman
-Sexual violence based on the gender, identification, causes, and consequences, suggested solutions
-Participation of the woman in the search of peace, popularization of international instruments, Resolution 1325, the Framework Agreement, from Addis Abeba where we presented on the search of peace and an end to violence towards women
-The National Federation of Protestant Women 50 years after: Revival and Reorientation

-Assessment of the 50-year-old system, perspectives of the future, and an elaboration of recommendations:
Recommendations

-To the Government
To develop a mechanism to put an end to war, support the female survivors of sexual violence, that the law on sexual violence be put into application as well as the laws signed to institute peace and security in RDC, distributive justice in regards to salary

-To Communities
To collaborate with women, to reinforce the awareness of peace and positive values
-To the women of the FFP
To be an agent of peace (to reign in a climate of peace around us), to assure the education of children without distinction of sexes from a young age, to capitalize the entrepreneurial and managerial abilities which they dispose for durable development

-To the provinces
To encourage women with their daily initiatives and to guard the unity of Protestant women, to include young girls, and to spread the messages from this meeting.

Merci pour votre poste à propos du 7ème congrès de la Féderation des Femmes Protestantes. C'est une opportunité inspirante d'apprendre comment cette communauté veut améliorer la situation des femmes en RDC. Je pense que les changements positifs pourront venir avec l'éducation et la connaissance de ces messages, et aussi la collaboration dans la communauté. C'est vraiment un accomplissement d'avoir une organisation si forte de 50 ans! J'espère que la FFP deviendra plus forte et durera longtemps. Bonne chance dans le future. Vous faites du bon travail.
