Hello Everyone,

I had the opportunity to speak with a group of emerging global leaders at Bryn Mawr University last week. Guess who was there? World Pulse's Nisan! We got to spend three days together, sharing stories, laughs and hope.

I am now in Ludington, Michigan visiting my dearest friend, Erica. We have know one another for 21 years! She is my sister and support. I am truly blessed to have some of the most amazing friendships in my life.

What friendships have you formed that build you up and help you grow?

Beautiful Zoe !

Lovely pictures Zoe ! Nisan and you look so happy. Wonderful to see both of you together.

My friendship and bond I share with my elder sister - Mohar, has to be the one I most cherish. We have shared love, laughter, clothes, shoes and so much more. I cherish each and every moment spent with her and the bond between us has made me kinder and more compassionate.

I love her and am fortunate to have such a loving sister and friend whom I fondly call- Didi.

Lovely to hear that you are enjoying at Michigan !

Hugs,

Mukut Ray

Enjoy!

You both look very lovely and happy and I can imagine the strong bond of friendship you've built and sustained over the past 21 years. Wow!

Over the years, have maintained very close ties with my immediate family, because we've had to be there for one another since we lost our loving mum and eldest brother. Beyond my immediate family, my best friend's name is Jennifer. We met a little over 10 years ago and I refer to her as 'one friend too many'. Before I met her, I had become used too being the one who was always there for my friends, as well as being on the giving side.

By coming in contact with Jenny, as I fondly call her, that experience/orientation took a 360 degrees turn around! She was the first friend ever through and with whom I came to experience the joy of having someone who would always be on the look out for me, and looking out for ways she could add value to me. Our friendship remains one that can best be described as 'a give and take kind of friendship'. Symbiotic is the word! She has become a part of my family and life, notwithstanding that we now live far apart. We remain close at heart and do our best to keep in touch as often as possible.

Enjoy your Visit and much love to you and Nisan.

I continue friendships with

I continue friendships with several women that I have known since childhood, and many that I obtained in different stages and different ages. One, Leslie, was my next-door-neighbor when I was six years old. Common history is such a powerful bond! I continue to bond to different people on different levels. There are many who seem to share everything with me, but few who are willing to bear the burdens of my full story. For this reason, I maintain many friendships.

The Girl Scout song , "Make New Friends, but keep the old; One is silver, but the other gold," applies to my life.

I am very blessed by the ability to share similar histories with so many new potential friends through WorldPulse.

Blessings to you, Zoe.
