problems with posting

dear fellows,

i noticed that many of you had bold sentences in their texts, and i have been desperately trying to know how to do so for my assignment. in all cases, it is late already for the first but i am wondering how to have the text bold in here. I tried to copy paste from word but it didn't work. i tried ctrl B and it also didn't work. if you please can help i will appreciate it. i am using safari and i don't know if this has to do with the browser!

Thanks in advance,

Bayan

hey Bitani

Salam dear,
You can use several tags with the text including bold and italic, for the bold you can use the tags < strong > before the text you want to make bold and < /strong > after the text and it will make it bold.
You will see this text before you post any entry below the text area.

Allowed HTML tags: < a > < em > < strong > < cite > < code > < ul > < ol > < li > < dl > < dt > < dd >
Lines and paragraphs break automatically.

Use these tags without the spaces. I put space because it will not allow you to see otherwise.
I hope this helps you

Thank you, Deqa . .

Dear Deqa,

Thank you for responding to Dear Bitani with those instructions -- I didn't have the answer she needed and am relieved to see someone step up right away with the necessary information.
