Idea to provide employment for African females and strengthen international ties.

I have a business idea to start up a project that provides services .

I want to provide translators for organizations for their conferences and events. I will employ female unemployed graduates who can speak English and one foreign language fluently.

Upload details on a site and get called upon when ever the service is required.

I would like to run this program in Africa to empower Female Africa Youth and create a means of exposure and multiple streams of income.

I have a registered company and am trying to set things in motion. Looking for partners to develop on this.

Anyone interested? it will be fun , challenging ,and meaningful.

Wonderful idea

This is a wonderful business idea! I think there is likely a tremendous need, and a large pool of qualified individuals. Tell us more about the type of partners or resources you think you would need to take this to the next level!

Thanks for sharing, good luck!

Re : Wonderful Idea

Hello Scott,

Thank you for the compliment I really appreciate it. there is indeed a tremendous need as well as a large number of qualified individuals in Nigeria were I am and Africa at large. This will also improve the level of specialization for African women as their skill and expertise harnessed and improved.

For partners; am looking at International Universities who can assist with facilitating interviews either physically if possible or over the air.

Embassies and International Organizations can sign on to access translators for specific languages on a contract basis as way of support while I search for other business channels.

Qualified individuals and organizations for credential authentication and second level interviews / screening and recruitment of qualified candidates.

For resources: Branding , marketing material /strategy and advertising support, website , funds start up running cost , and people

I have a company registered already so that eliminates the cost of doing that.

Looking forward to hearing from you on what you think of this.
