Madam I am interested in your work, personally I am coordinator of a women's organization working for the rights and development, I realized that with the association, the actions we are currently conducting not help solve the problem community as it should, and I am trying to think about my actions in a redirect entrepriseagro) alimentaire.pour that I need information on the feasibility of the action. What do you suggest. thank you

Hi Marie Rose,
Sometimes our actions don't create the results that we think will happen and when that occurs it's time to reevaluate.
I always start with Return on investment of my actions which it seems you have already done by realizing you need to change some things.
Ask the following questions:
What are the communications methods being used?
What are the benefits of any given process?
What are the risks?
Is there a real need for what needs to happen?
You could have a focus group meeting of community members and ask them to give you feedback on what you've been doing and ask for suggestions.

I'm not sure what the situation is but make a very detailed plan
Time Frame
Small results to grow into bigger results
Who can we involve?

I hope this helps if I didn't answer your question please write back.
