Introducing myself and my journal: Dancing through life

About Me:
Hello friends and sisters,
I'm an American woman, blessed with a safe, comfortable, and healthy life. I have a wonderful husband, but no children.
Many years ago, I lived in India and several countries in Europe over a period of about seven years, enjoying a life of deep meditation and study with a women's organization. As I traveled, I enjoyed experiencing different cultures, connecting with people and honoring our unity as humans - we all want to thrive, do something meaningful, and enjoy our lives. I'm looking forward to meeting you on World Pulse, and perhaps in person one day.

My Passions:
Nia dance; free enterprise; organic food; natural healthcare; Transcendental Meditation; wellbeing of children worldwide

My Challenges:
So many things I want to learn and do in one lifetime!

My Vision for the Future:
To help create world peace by sharing my knowledge of development of consciousness, and joyful, healthy living

My Areas of Expertise:
Nia (a dance fitness technique); Freelance writing on topics related to holistic health and fitness, and development of consciousness
