RESEAU DES FEMMES POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT

Il vient de se tenir à Bukavu, en Province du Sud-Kivu, en République Démocratique du CONGO un atelier d'échange sur la situation socio -économique au regard de la femme, partant des faits saillants. Cet échange a connu la participation de 15 femmes Leaders des organisations membres de la société civile du Sud-Kivu. Au cours de cet atelier qui s'est tenu ce jeudi 27/06/2013 au centre CAP/NGUBA, plusieurs Problèmes qui influent négativement sur la situation des femmes congolaises en général et celles du Sud-Kivu en particulier ont été dégagés, y compris leurs causes et leurs impacts très négatifs sur des milliers des femmes dans notre Pays. Les travaux en carrefours ont débouchés à des pistes des solutions lesquelles ont été examinées en vue d'en ressortir des Actions à mettre en place dans un avenir proche par le Réseau des femmes REFED/Sud-Kivu et par le CONAFED qui est le CONSEIL NATIONAL FEMMES ET DEVELOPPEMENT au niveau National.
A la fin des travaux, un vôte démocratique avait été réalisé au cours duquel un comité venait d'être mis en place en vue de gérer quotidiennement l'organisation.
Ce comité comprend les femmes leaders suivantes :
Présidente : Madeleine Bwenge
V/présidente : Pascaline
Secrétaire : Emilienne Mumbalima
V/secrétaire : Bernadette Chandazi
Nous pensons que toutes les préoccupations des femmes congolaises de notre Province pourront être canalisées au sein de notre structure.

A workshop on the socio-economic status of women was recently held at Bukavu, South Kivu Province, in the Democratic Republic of Congo; the highlights are as follows.

15 women attended the exchange, each of who are the leaders of various civil society organizations in South Kivu. During the workshop, which was held on Thursday 06/27/2013 at the CAP/NGUBA center, several issues that negatively affect the situation of Congolese women in general and South Kivu in particular were identified, including their causes and their very negative impact on thousands of women in our country.

The exchange revealed potential solutions, which were then examined in order to identify Actions that will be implemented in the near future by the Women's Network REFED / South Kivu and CONAFED, which is the NATIONAL COUNCIL WOMEN AND DEVELOPMENT at the National level.
At the conclusion of the workshop, a democratic vote was conducted in order to set up a committee to manage the organization daily.
This committee includes the following women leaders:
Chair: Madeleine Bwenge
V / Chair: Pascaline
Secretary: Emilian Mumbalima
V / Secretary: Bernadette Chandazi
We believe that all concerns of Congolese women of our province will be channeled into our structure.

Merci beaucoup Michelle pour tous vos encouragements. Certainement que le travail que j'aie à produire enfaveur des femmes en vue de leur accès au développement n'est pas facile. Cependant, je continue à compter sur l'appui du Seigneur qui est l'omnipotent.
Je viens à peine d'etre élue, je sais qu'il y a un grand défit à relever c'est celui lié surtout à l'accès aux moyens financiers pour aider toutes mes compatriotes femmes à émerger:
Toutes vos suggestions demeurent le bienvenues en vue de nous aider dans ce combat

Merci de m'avoir envoyer les sites de référence que je compte visiter. Je vous demanderai d'être mon interlocutrices auprès des gens de bonne volonté qui peuvent comprendre nos limites, puisque la volonté d'aller à la rescousse des femmes en détresse est là, mais, les moyens financiers continuent toujours à bloquer notre épanouissement.
