Did you see? Your help made a HUGE impact!

Take a look at the latest entry on the World Pulse Blog to see the news.

By helping to convert the voices of our Maman Shujaa to English you ensured that they could be heard by wider audiences. This boosted their confidence and encouraged them to continue speaking out, leading to a petition which garnered more than 108,000 signatures. This helped pressure the US government to act, and today the US State Department has appointed a special envoy to the Great Lakes region of Africa.

You have been key links in this chain of change! Thank you!

From here we will continue to work to ensure that the voices of women in the eastern DRC are heard by the special envoy, and peace finally comes to the region. But for today, we can celebrate this victory!
