Il ne faut surtout pas rentrer dans des régimes restrictifs. Attention, quand on rentre dans ces régimes , on perd du poids, mais on le reprend aussi vite avec des kilos en plus.
Pour maigrir, il faut manger en respectant les bases :
boire de l'eau régulièrement, manger des légumes , fruits , viandes ou poissons , produits laitiers, féculents mais attention aux graisses et aux sucres, on ne les supprime pas , mais on limite sa consommation. Ce n'est pas le fait de manger qui fait grossir, mais les excès de certains aliments

Cuisiner soit même, ( on sait ce que l'on mange) éviter les plats tout préparés, éviter les graisses de cuisson .

Bien manger aux 3 repas de la journée, en prenant le temps de bien mastiquer ce là évite le grignotage.Varier aussi son alimentation, préparer ses menus pour la semaine.

Perdre du poids doit s'étaler dans le temps. En prenant plaisir à manger sainement, on finit par voir que l'aiguille de la balance va doucement mais surement vers le (-) . Il faut être patient et ces kilos perdus seront durables dans le temps si on maintient toujours les bonnes règles de l'alimentation équilibrée.

Ladies avoiding weight gain: How to maintain your ideal weight

Obeisity, or excessive weight, creates a lot of problems for our bodies; we always need to try to maintain our weight.

You must not begin a restrictive diet. Warning: When we start such diets, we lose pounds, but we also gain them back more quickly with added weight.

To lose weight, you must eat the basics: Drink water regularly; eat vegetables, fruits, meat and fish, dairy products, and starches. But pay attention to fats and sugars, don't eliminate them, but limit their consumption. The act of eating does not make one gain weight, but the excess consumption of certain foods does.

Cook yourself. This way, you know what you eat. Avoid pre-prepared dishes, avoid cooking fats.

Eat three well-rounded meals a day, taking time to chew your food well. This is how you avoid snacking later on. Vary the dishes you cook by preparing a menu for the entire week.

Losing weight happens over time. By taking pleasure in eating healthily, you will finally see that the needle of on the scale, slowly but surely, moves towards the negative. You have to be patient and the pounds lost will stay off over time, if you maintain these solid rules for a balance diet.
