Introducing myself and my journal: feeding my family in a world filled with plastic food!

About Me:
I am a mom who chose to raise my son alone and took him away from his abusive father while I was still pregnant. I knew he would never change. I now live with my mother in New York where I was born, in the apartment I was raised. I'm looking for work as an art teacher so I can continue to paint!

My Passions:

My Challenges:

My Vision for the Future:
teaching people to be creative while working on my own paintings

Welcome to World Pulse!

Dear Newyork-jude,

Thanks for joining World Pulse and sharing some of your life story with us. I'm inspired by your courage to leave an abusive relationship and raise your son in a more positive environment. It's interesting that you're raising him in the same apartment where you grew up!

I love how you have found your passion in painting and are inspired to teach others to express their own creativity. I wish you much success in living out your vision. You will certainly find many others here who share your challenge of being unemployed. I'll bet you will find friends here who will help and inspire you on your journey to finding employment as an art teacher.

Your profile picture is so cool with the (jaguar?) pattern superimposed on your face. Very creative!

Best of luck to you! I hope to read more from you soon!

With love,
