Merci

Means to organize a wedding feast when lack funds

Our field investigations show that 35.3% admit to having distributed announcements, lacking the funds to have the wedding reception: 34 people, thus 52.3% , admit that you only need to hold the civil ceremony, religious and customary, and abstain from the reception. In our research, 8 people, 12.3% said that you had to take loans out in order to hold the wedding reception. It is observed, then, that the easiest way for young engaged couples lacking funds to have the wedding feast is to have the civil and customary wedding and to postpone the wedding feast, until such time as our culture does not put such on emphasis on food. This phenomenon, “wedding feast”, creates a great deal of conflict between families, even friends who have not received invitations.
