Introducing myself and my journal: Shakti
Kelley left her marketing communications & branding career in 2002. This exit marked a new beginning. Since then, Kelley has been studying, researching and practicing the empirically validated technology of Naam Yoga as taught by Joseph Michael Levry, PhD, MSIE. Her journey of active inquiry spans the work of Dr Levry, Andrew Newburg, MD and Andrew Neitlich, MBA and lessons learned from life. Inspired by the potential of the "great work" to be a platform for positive change in life, business and the world, Kelley founded Balancing the Executive Life™ in 2007.
Kelley provides the platform for high achieving people to align with, and sustain their highest operating state. Her clients consistently raise their consciousness and the bar on mindful leadership, communication, and resilience. They are able to step out of their comfort zone and achieve their goals without burning out in the process.
Kelley integrates best practices of Naam Yoga Therapies, Executive, Business and Life Coaching in a proprietary methodology that has received praise from business leaders, healthcare practitioners and yogis alike. She works in private practice and also with senior leaders from organizations as diverse as diverse as Microsoft, Booz Allen Hamilton, Visiting Nurses Service of NY, Women in Telecommunications (WICT), Independent Care Systems (ICS), Working Mother Media Group, PIMCO, SEC, Korn Ferry and many small, emerging companies.
In 2010, Kelley formed a strategic alliance with Naam Coaching founder, Begonia Garcia (based in Mexico City) to bring this work to a global audience. She also enjoys strategic alliances in Europe (France, Germany and Switzerland).
A thought leader in the emerging field of energy management, conscious communications and mindful leadership, Kelley advocates for a more mindful, conscious, joyful approach to work and life. She integrates universal principals with proven business practices to raise the bar on personal effectiveness.
