Introducing myself and my journal: Stepping Into Who You Are

About Me:
As a new Vision Mentor, I am delighted to be a part of this program in nurturing women to claim and make heard their voices and their stories. Over the course of my career, I have worked as a massage therapist and healer, a doctor, and a professional coach supporting leaders in all walks of life and in many types of organizations. It is my belief that women's voices are the critical and necessary element to shift our world to a place of greater justice and peace, as well as being the drivers of health, education, and economic well-being in their communities.

In addition to my role as a Vision Mentor, I continue to coach other current and emerging leaders. I also teach English to those who want or need to improve their English. I am relocating to Ecuador as my new home, where I plan to work on my own writing and photography, which you can see at my blog site,

My Passions:
Photography, empowering women, travel, hiking, my two cats

My Challenges:
Becoming the writer I want to be; finding new opportunities in Ecuador and Latin America to contribute my skills, talents and experience

My Vision for the Future:
Finding and creating opportunities to support the empowerment of women and indigenous people to restore balance and healing to the world

My Areas of Expertise:
leadership coaching, healing and wellness, mindfulness, stress reduction & resilience
