Hello tboz! Welcome to the family! You have joined such an amazing and empowering network that works together to promote female empowerment and eliminate violence in all facets! Together we can connect, communicate and collaborate!
Now that you've joined the network there are a few things I'd like to encourage you to get involved in. There are a few current programs that you can get involved in to spread the word about women's health and education - as well as their empowerment. They are:
Digital Action Campaign - http://worldpulse.com/about/blog/announcing-our-girls-transform-the-worl...
Maternal Health Campaign - http://worldpulse.com/about/blog/call-for-submissions-maternal-health
Girls Transform - http://worldpulse.com/campaigns/girlstransform/girls-transform-the-world...
These are just some of the amazing opportunities that this network has presented you with. We urge you to get involved and share your voice with us all! We look forward to reading more of your pieces!
Much love & respect xoxoxo
Welcome to World Pulse! I'm so glad that you have found this community of women and men (from more than 190 countries around the world!) and made a connection. I think you will find it to be a supportive network of people who share common goals as yourself--people who, like you, are determined to make a brighter future for the communities we live in.
I really encourage you to more fully fill out your World Pulse profile, listing your passions, challenges, and vision for the future. Please tell us more of your story so that we can get to know you better and know what matters most to you. The Getting Started Guide will walk you through how to do that, and how to network with others: http://worldpulse.com/pulsewire/about/guide
It is wonderful that you are studying to become a teacher and that you are student-teaching now. You will surely learn a lot from the voices you hear on World Pulse. I have only been a member for a couple of weeks and my life has been so enriched!
Again, welcome! Enjoy being a part of World Pulse!
