VOF Assignments ended but we havent finished our stories!!!

The last assignment was wrapped up today and although i will miss the challenge of brainstorming for a specific set of instruction but surely i will forever raise my voice and share my stories and the stories of my community members.

I have met so many great and inspiring young ladies and it's always amazing to read through your pieces but I wish we can stay together and empower each other even after VOF contest.

I loved the suggestion of having a facebook page for us so that we can share our comments, but World Pulse is surely essential to bring about our creativity in story telling and having a journal to speak up about things that matter is a huge deal.

I honestly love you all my fellow VOF applicants and I also have an enormous love and respect for our listeners who invest their time in reading through our stories.

I am sorry I was unable to comment back for the past week because granpa was sick so i took a leave from work and accidentally my phone broke which meant having access to internet was impossible. I am at an internet cafe right now which is a bit risky for me. There was a time when i thought having access to facebook was essential to my well-being, and I would be lost without it, but this week i realized i missed World Pulse community the most and I know realize its surely essential to me.
I will try to go through your entries and comment appropriately, and also reply to the awesome people who have read my stories.

Love you my fellow applicants lets forever be connected!!

Hello dear,

So sorry to learn about your Grandpa's illness and the problem you had with you phone. It's nice that you are back and thanks for reminding everyone of us that there is more to World Pulse beyond the 2013 VOF contest.

Greetings to your grandpa and all who you hold dear to your heart.

In solidarity,

Yes, WP an option.

Thanks for wishing us well. I am also not crazy about an FB page, but won't discourage those who want to do it.

I think World Pulse is the place to be. Can't stay away too. I actually didn't know World Pulse was this great.

Keep well.

Prayers and good wishes for

Prayers and good wishes for your grandfather, Deqa.

Why don't we just create a group on WorldPulse? After mulling it over, I like that idea much more than Facebook.

Thank you all for your prayers to my granpa. Your prayers have been answered because He is feeling much better and I pray he stays with us a lot longer.
I really love the idea of having our own group here on WorldPulse.

Those moments.

Got disturbed when I was commenting on your post. Family comes first, it's all you have in life, so I personally understand.

Hope your grandpapa gets better, God less you and your family.

Keep well sister.
