LES FILLES DEVAIENT COMPTER SUR LEUR CAPACITE

bONJOUR
Merci

Girls Must Rely On Their Own Abilities

Hello
I am a coach working with women during this third week of VOF 2013. I am hoping to give the girls the ability to count on their own intellectual capacities in order to change the world. I have been a professor a long time, and I teach girls as well as boys. However, my experience is that the number of girls who succeed is inferior to the number of girls (boys?). The reason is that there are girls which rely more on the sexually transmittable. And we know that girls are made more responsible for much of the housework in their families than the boys. That is why girls must work harder than the boys. They face many more obstacles: Change the world.
Thank you

World Pulse believes that women's stories, recommendations, and collective rising leadership can—and will—bring girls greater access to education which will transform their lives, their families, and communities. The Girls Transform Campaign elicits insightful content from young women on the ground, strengthens their confidence as women, and ensures that influencers and powerful institutions hear their stories.

Lwesso, thank you for sharing

Lwesso, thank you for sharing your powerful observations and thoughts. As a teacher you are a firsthand witness to the challenges girls face in getting an education, both inside and outside of the classroom, as you suggest. You wrote that it is necessary to engage girls more in the classroom to enable them to develop and excel equally with boys. How have you approached this as a teacher? I would encourage you to write more about any successes that you have had!

votre reponse

Thank you Lwesso

Lwesso,
Merci!

Thank you

Thank you for sharing your experiences. It must be frustrating as a teacher to observe the extra challenges forced upon girl students by society. The girls in your classes are fortunate to have an understanding role model that can help them defeat those challenges and excel. I hope that you share your opinions with your colleagues in order to increase awareness and stimulate a responsive and sensitive teaching model. Good luck!

Obstacles

Dear Lwesso,

We sometimes see girls excelling despite obstacles, and sometimes because of obstacles, to go on and do really well in the world, but these stories are more rare than common. I would love to know if you have some of those stories among your students, and if they help create hope or leadership for others.

Keep working for change!

Frances

yes ,yes,yes

I am a man acquired for the cause of women and I do everything to influence my friends in my vision.
I am convinced that if the woman is standing, the man will be less charges.Le world is corrupted by a lack of balance between man and woman.
