VOF Week Two
1) As a global impetus, we can say that technology evolves over time, but how can village women, who have stress and problems with rape in their villages, access this technology? First, for these women to understand the whole picture, you have to make them aware and understanding of the fact that despite the rape and violence in our country, we still have the hope to rise up and say no to all violence committed towards them. With an apprenticeship at World Pulse, any woman can find herself in touch with information technology and sometimes even with Internet initiatives.
In our community in the DRC, women think that computers are reserved for [men?] and children, but today with communication through World Pulse, they understand now how it applies to everybody.

2) Our vision starts with Shujaa women (female leaders) to see change in our country and in the low level of literate women, and also to see an end to violence in our country, and that women no longer need to fear denouncing the authors of these crimes.

3) Our editorial cycles, despite still being very low, with training and DIRECT COMMUNICATION can be improved. A newborn can’t do everything on the first day, but over time he’ll grow.

4) In order for me to discover Voices of our Future applications, we came across World Pulse by chance under the leadership of NEEMA NAMANUME and this has had an impact on my career because in corresponding with others, we can bring about further changes.

Merci

Mon amie,

Cordialement,
LightMyWay

I'm very grateful to Neema

I'm very grateful to Neema Namanume for bringing you to us :) I think sometimes we forget that it is not so easy to get access to the web for some, and your writing brings that to light nicely. Thank you. I look forward to hearing more of your progress and your voice.
