IF YOUR HUSBAND HITS YOU YOU HAVE THE RIGTH TO SEEK JUSTICE

My cousin Mado was hospitalized at a clinic in St. Luc. Her husband had violently beaten her because she had had a glass of beer with her friends in public and without her husband. Two reasons had caused the dispute: She drank with people other than him, she overstepped his limits. Despite these faults, should he really beat his wife enough to leave her deformed? These habits have to stop. Lovers should not fight.
If your husband hits you, you have the right to seek justice. Beating is a form of violence committed against women.
