We were just speaking about this in another post about a week ago, but in relation to India. There, some of the law enforcement officials blamed the foreign woman for being raped because she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Here in Egypt, we see the same mentality. And, unfortunately, I am sure that in every country around the world, there are people who have this mentality.
