Your voice is vital to raising awareness of what is happening in the DRC. I encourage to apply for the World Pulse VOF Program. You will learn skills that will help you as an activist but more importantly, the program will connect you with other women around the world demanding women and girls have the same rights as men. It becomes an amazing support network of sisters, mentors and supporters.
I have seen first-hand how much each person's writing skills develop, their confidence grows, how they garner support for their personal projects, and how many went on to have their articles picked up by international media such as the BBC, CNN, and the New York Times.
I hope you will consider applying. The world needs to hear your voice.
