Hello and welcome! It's nice to see a young student here. I'm sure you'll enjoy connecting and learning from the thousands of amazing women (and men!) here in our community. Everyday I'm learning new things by hearing voices from 190+ countries and territories.

If you want some practical tips on navigating the network here, I encourage you to look at our Getting Started Guide ( and our Site Help/FAQ page ( Or just ask, everyone here is super supportive and helpful.

Other than that, I hope you'll be bold and share your own voice here, and bravely connect with some new friends with interests you share or who are from countries you're particularly curious about. You'll soon be deeply connected!

Again, a warm welcome to you!
