Introducing myself and my journal: Soul Leadership

About Me:
I have answered my calling to God and have aligned everything in my life to focus on my calling and life purpose. thus, we have registered a NGO called The Difference Makers with the focus on Women Empowerment in Africa.

I have changed my PhD topic as well to that of Spiritual or Divine Empowered Leadership in Organizations as I believe the time has come to create momentum and awareness that we can bring a different energy to the way we do business, coming from a space of love, respect, wisdom, purity of intention, and integrity - leading from the heart but integrated with the mind.

This training programme will enable me to expedite my learning for the work I must do in answer to my calling. I have been praying and dreaming for such guidance and training. I have the courage and inner wisdom and will do what it takes as part of the process and journey.

My Passions:
Children, Vulnerable groups, human rights, peace work, spiritual development, empowerment of vulnerable groups

My Challenges:
Time & Funds

My Vision for the Future:
To build The Difference Makers as such an NGO that will speak on behalf of the above groups and do work on meaningful existence

My Areas of Expertise:
Business Strategy, Development & Turnaround, Mentoring & Coaching, Measurement of Social Impact, Leadership, Sustainability, Enterprise and Supplier Diversity Development
