RETOUR DU Dr DENI MUKWENGE

We praise God for this occasion which He gives us to learn His servant is coming home, at a time when populations are fleeing Luhango, Ninja, Chulwe, Mwenga... Some Rwandan Hutus have shown their will to return home; however, we beg the humanitarian organizations and especially La Francophonie to work to escort them. In Kampala, still nothing; it would be preferable for the Congolese to first seek peace inside the country--that is, to come together to fight the enemy and then to engage in dialogue sincerely, and without hypocrisy, to determine together the content of that dialogue. But before all, peace, and territorial integrity, to make the interminable summit meetings and conversations succeed, so that finally these rapes, these murders, these atrocities, this misery…in short, these wars may stop, because we do not cease to repeat it: we are tired. In this way we’ll be able to rebuild our beloved country, where every Congolese will benefit from those natural resources the Congo is overflowing with, for a better future for our children in particular and for the entire population in general.
