I, too, am passionate about music- both playing and composing brings me life and renewal. And I must say that you are the only one I have seen using the phrase "living in the present" as a challenge. I find myself repeating that mantra quite often during the day. It is definitely a learned skill and habit, an refreshing to see someone else say it!
