Over the last decade Bangladeshi women education rate has been increased tremendously. Gradually women education in Bangladesh is improving more and more. Despite educational improvement, Bangladeshi women are facing serious and dangerous crisis.Few weeks ago a woman doctor named Eva, has been killed in a Clinic by a male doctor in the same clinic. Everyday in the newspapers we are having news about killing, raping and torturing women all over the country. Human rights violation is getting a common phenomenon in Bangladesh.

Just 3 days ago 20 women including a pregnant woman were arrested by this government and they are being tortured psychologically. They are involved in a women organization named CHHATRISHANGSTHA which is government registered. Bangladeshi media is trying to mislead Bangladeshi people by providing fabricated information about those 20 sisters and their organization. This very organization works to spread Islamic education among Bangladeshi female students particularly Muslim females. When police arrested them by a sudden rush raid, these sisters were working in their office. Police found books, Quran, laptop and other official documents. Without any proper allegation police arrested them and now torturing. Lawyers have stated that this is totally illegal to arrest anyone without specific and proper accusation.

Even the pregnant lady is being tortured and she is not given food properly. The vulnerable human rights situation in Bangladesh is alarming for all the citizens of the country.
