MERCI A TOUS

We come to give thanks to all for the role our dear friends who we do not cease to remember for your encouragement over your comments. We mention some of you who know that we carry you in our hearts such as Topie, Ngalula, Sally, Irina, Potter, Katie, Linda, Messa, Anita, Priscile, Saraphew, Nusrat, Wanja, Shell, Lydia, Debra, Marvi, Rakiba, Jadefrank, Milgra, Camille, Natalya, Barbara, Neema, Jap, Nicole, William, Monica, Saskia, Workworkwork and all of those who we have forgotten who are not on that list which we have read not forgetting all the work directing World Pulse, again, one more time, thank you and may God bless you.

Frankly, we dare to admit that this group has helped open us to the world and has given us hope that our voices will be heard, have been our interpreters for organizations and international committees, the UN, African Union, International Conference of the Great Lakes Region and Congolese government. We are tired of war. The Congolese want peace. Because with peace there will be development, village women will return to their everyday occupations without fear of being raped, killed, having their crops and livestock plundered, children will return to school and the city will eat because almost of it will come from the village.

We do not want continuing freedom with weapons. They expect the “elections” to convince people because with weapons there are always deaths. Governing the people without their content under a general psychosis does not develop confidence on the part of the people.

A woman better understands the suffering of other women and children, and therefore we ask people of good will for their help meeting with female members of Rwandan parliament, being numerous in their parliament and those of Uganda and that they plead our cause with their parliaments and governments because we know that they are the ones who will fuel the fire for us; They put themselves in our place and in our childrens places, they lived in the same conditions, despite the scandalous wealth which we do not enjoy because of insecurity.

Imagine that there are many families who live with less than one dollar for sometimes two days with nothing to put between their teeth. In these conditions how do you avoid malnutrition, especially among children and pregnant women!!! All hope that you read, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, 2013, and all the Mama Shujaas. May God bless you.
