Despite negotiations between the Congolese government and the M23 rebels in Kampala, peace in the region remains largely hypothetical. No one pretends to know when long awaited peace will return to this population under great distress.
At this time, we know that those who went to negotiate did nothing by procrastinate on different demands. But the Congolese people hold onto an imminent return to peace, to sovereignty and to the integrity of their national territory.
When at the civil society of North-Kivu, massive treaty held with Ruwenzori and with other areas of Kibumba was resigned and the Rwandan troops were fiercely armed. On the other hand, the members of the CIRGL have nothing to say on this topic. No one understands that if the security advice imposed by the United Nations is not taken, we risk seeing the war in the DRC taking on an African dimension. Why not a global one?

Moreover, human tides are made today, the HCR came together in the presence of 900,000 internally displaced persons in North Kivu.

Imagine during this time, the fate of women and understand that of children, but also that of the elderly and those living with handicaps.

Suggestions: Brave mothers wait for the positive incorporation of security advice from the United Nations in light of the imminent return to peace in our country.

Merci beaucoup

Merci autrefois, Madeleine. Je veux écouter plus de tes pensées.
Ton amie,
Bridgette
