About Me:
My name is Jhan and I am a high school Educator. Though not from Anguilla (BWI), I currently reside there teaching in the only high school on the island. Teaching is one of my passions and I believe that all should have the opportunity to learn.
Each day, I have the privilege of instilling principles and truths into the lives of young people. It gives me great joy to see when the "light switch" go off in their minds. Some don't view education as important. What matters to them is having immediate money and becoming rich.
I try to help them see that money is not all. Money without knowledge is of no value.
The opportunity to learn is not often. It is a gift that we should respect.
"Teaching lives to live" is my day to day motto at school.
