Worked as ORGANISER AT PEEDS (NGO) in Madurai East Block area for 4 years. Job Description; Formation of Self Help Groups, youth club, Grama Sangam, to all section of people, and particularly Dalit-Socio, Economic, Cultural Development.

Worked as PROGRAMME ASSOCIATE at ASSEFA/ PLAN International Child welfare project, at Virdhunagar District, 7 years, 1989-97. Job Description: Over all incharge of 40 adopted villages: Child-Family-Group-Village cluster-Community level-Economic, Social, Health, Animal Husbandry, Income Generation, Agricultural, Cultural-All development - Programmes under Assefa/Plan activities.

Formed Social, Economic, Health, Income Generation Cultural committees through Gramasaba, Mahilir Mandram, Youth clubs and also formed Group-village-cluster-federation at project level to solve the problems among themselves, induced to organised federation’s 3 meetings in every month-fund revolving for credit recovery deal by committee members.

(Formation of IFAD - Women Development project under Tamilnadu corporation of women development, Chennai) Self Help Groups separately in adopted Villages - 140 groups.

Cluster level training conducted in every month to group leaders, representatives, Animators (Health, Education, Animal Husbandry, Cultural Sector) - Partially - before - after - getting programmes beneficiaries for IFAD women development project.

Then worked as Training Co-ordinator at SEARCH (International HRD Training centre for NGOs) for 1 year – Bangalore.-1997-99.

Job description: Training co-ordination, Conducts PMES, Strategic planning, Project writing. Negotiation capacity, NGO Management, Capacity building Training for NGOs leaders, Organization Development (OD) Trainings.
