Hey there,

My name is Montana, and I am a Feminist.

What I get rather bothered about is why people cringe when I tell them that line. They give me the same look as if I had said, "Hi,I'm a serial killer,nice to meet you."

My question to society is, "Why is it so wrong to want to be equal with the opposite sex?"

I mean yes, clearly women and men are different. For example, I have a vagina that I can use to give birth to new life and men do not. This fact though is not something that should make me any less of a human than a man.

All I want is equality. I do not hate men in the least. I just dislike the fact that women have different rights/rules/expectations then men do.

If you agree with me, or at least think that one of the above opinions is something you find valid, then feel free to comment, message me, etc.

But before you go ever so quickly, I will just inform you a bit on this journal and what I hope for it to be about:

Basically I will be writing on my daily experiences with sexism or any issues that I feel like discussing!
