Danika is a free spirited woman. As a mother of two, she juggles her responsibilities with her children and the demands of her career as a writer. Her fascination with legal matters and with her own history with assault cases, she is now doing research on the topic. This issue traverse the racial differences, making it a world wide reality within homes. These cases may include physical or/ and verbal assault to a husband, wife, child or any member of the household. This article discusses deeper the underlying issues that leads to such events.
