The country is similar to a human body which is composed of multiple arms: each part of this body fulfills a function which benefits the whole body: DRC is a country in which presidential power cannot itself control all the public services. Additionally the administration is composed of different ministries which head the different divisions and which are members of the central power. Among these divisions some deal with finances, others are charged with security, health and education all these public services must be well supervised by the government in order to yield good services; a teacher who makes 50,000fr [about $50] is malnourished and will not be able to take care of himself, is sick because he is indigent: A soldier who makes 40, 000 FC [about $40] doesn’t have the motivation to protect the country, he faces enemies who are well supervised by their respective countries. A lawyer with a mediocre salary will easily become corrupted by people who divert public goods from the State.

SOLUTIONS envisaged in Article 36 of the national constitution [work] is a right and a sacred duty for each Congolese person. The state guarantees the right to work and protection from unemployment, fair compensation, and satisfactory assurance of the worker as well as for his/her family a life conforming to human dignity which is complemented by a means of social protection notably a pension and life insurance. The internal structures and the functioning of professional organizations must be democratic.

Merci

Bon courage! J'attends votre prochain poste!

Can't agree more!

Hello,

I can't agree more! Challenge is, making people in positions of power see the connection between all these things that make up a healthy nation.
Talking about it is a positive step towards finding a lasting solution to the problems that the country and people of Congo face.
We stand with you!
Thank you so much for sharing.
