Welcome to my Mother!

I know many would say this about their Mom, but I truly believe this about mine: She is one of the most courageous, strong, and giving person I've known. She faced unthinkable challenges in her 20's, and the struggles only became more so over the years. She raised 4 children, loving my two brothers with severe disabilities and gave everything she had (so did my father, for that matter) in order for them to rise above. She was and is an example to me of a sacrificial life, and keeping a sure faith that nothing can deter.

My parents were also aware of environmental issues before it was popular. Through hiking, backpacking, and rockclimbing they taught by example how to love and care for our mother earth. We could have survived just on her garden alone!

Please join me in welcoming LaVonne Glanville to the World Pulse community.

Welcome!

How great! She seems like an incredible woman, and she must be because of the wonderful daughter she's raised.

I've introduced myself and added her to my friend network here. I hope your other friends will do the same: https://worldpulse.com/user/11068

Love all the kale in that photo too! Yum.

Warm welcome

A big hug and warm welcome to your amazing mother. Yes, moms are special and they deserve all our love and care when they need it the most.

As Nusrat says, we will get to learn and share a lot of things with her.

Much love,

Mukut Ray

yes dear,

Every mother is a precious gift we receive and that could be the ultimate gift. I would like to mention here a saying in my local language which i translate - every child is born good on earth, but while the child grows the good and bad forms are determined purely by the inputs by the child's mom. None other than the mother decides that.

And your mom has a wonderful smile radiating full of love. A warm welcome to her. This is for her - Teach us all that life has taught you.

Love.
