Violences continuelles

Bonjour encore mes amies de WORLD PULSE.

Merci beaucoup mes amies

Good day once again my friends from world pulse
It is with deep regret that I am relaying what is happened from day to day in our country DRC especially in the East.
On 08/28/12; men in military uniforms who have yet to be identified opened fire on civilians in the mining field of Nyabibwe in the Kalehe territory which resulted in: 6 dead, 4 raped women, 7 kidnapped women and taken to the forest, pillage of the herd, 27 burned houses. The population has been completely devoid of their entire livelihood. From 08/28/12- 09/06/12 many families from Ufamando have relocated to the Minova Center because of confrontation between Raia Mutomboki and the Nyatura which has resulted in: looting, sexual violence perpetrated on 22 women, many houses burned down.
The displaced population is in need of humanitarian help in the form of food and non-eatable items. I believe that the world pulse voice can accomplish something because the situation is very dire.
Thank you very much my friends

care and support

This situation is so tragic. It is necessary (and I hope possible), to locate any people or organizations that are supplying aid within the communities being affected and share the resources that do exist. This way people around the world can directly connect with them to find ways to send food and supplies and support the work they are doing.

Th World Should Know

Dear Mambo,

Thank you very much for sharing this important information with us!

World news are so saturated with political stories, that we rarely hear about troubles of ordinary people.
What you just shared with us is tragic, and I am only hoping that the word about it will reach as many people as possible. Letting communities as ours know is one of the steps. It will be up to us to spread the information further.

Please stay safe and strong. My thoughts are with you.

Gratefully,
Marija
