War on women

I'm interested in hearing what women/mujeres on this site think about what's been termed lately (at least in the US) the "war on women" and the resumed fight among women for reproductive and sexual freedoms, equal pay in the workplace, and the general misogynistic tone we've been hearing. Do you think these issues have surfaced again, or were they always there and had never been resolved? Do you find the struggle never stopped where you live or in your country, or had women's lives improved in these arenas?

Wrestling with this myself these days....

feminine rising

This a a typical male dominated society and always has been. Only since women got the vote and have been speaking out ever since do these "women issues" arise. This is certainly not the first time and won't be the last. It feels to me as if the men are fighting (did you notice every issue in this country is a war, a battle, a fight?) to stay on top. That is an "ego top" they believe they are losing. It's all or nothing. Teamwork doesn't include women. Well, in my opinion, the feminine is rising all over the world. The masculine is nervous.
