Hello. A man raped members of a family who were his neighbors, most notably the mother and her daughters. There were four of them. He wanted to do it because he could. That man was the friend of the father of the family. In this absence of his friend he slept with the poor victims one after the other and consequently he impregnated all of them. He was called to justice but because there was corruption, no one did anything to him. The family of the other man is still the most unfortunate in the neighborhood. Thank you.

Salut

Salut Kabene,

Pauvre famille! Vous avez mentionne la corruption: est-ce que cette corruption dans le gouvernent local ou le gouvernement en général? Qu'est-ce qui se passe avec le père dans cette famille? Est-ce qu'il soutien sa famille maintenant?

Hello

Kabene,

Thank you for sharing your story. It must be so frustrating to live in a society where crimes such as these go unpunished by authorities. Hopefully if women such as yourself keep speaking up and bringing awareness to the situation, things will change. My heart goes out to the women of the family that were so terribly taken advantage of. Best of luck to you and the brave women in your community.

Sincerely,
Nicole

So sad!

Kabene,

what a heart-breaking story! We can only pray that when more people like yourself speak up, people like that poor family will get justice and more women will be protected.

My thoughts are with that family

Thank you so much for sharing that story. I am so sorry to hear this family had to deal with something so horrible and also that nothing was done about it! Do you know how the family is coping?

Sally
