WorldPulse Conference in NYC!

WorldPulse family, on September 20th I embark on a trip to New York to attend my first WorldPulse event! I'm wildly excited about this as it is the first official step I am taking that truly helps me act on my passion to end violence against women. On Friday, Sept 21st, I am going to be listening to the voices of three women from around the world sharing their personal stories, and how digital technologies can help to create a global conversation. I'd love to hear from those who are also attending this conference. I think making connections and finding ways to work and collaborate together to widen our reach is imperative to create change. Connect with me, and hopefully we can build on our shared interests starting in NYC!

I can't wait to be there, to learn, and to connect.

Hello!

Dear Sai
And here you go - a big, warm hello from one of those three women! I am happy to know that we will be meeting and hearing each other in NYC. I read your profile info and loved the clarity with which you describe yourself and your goals. Wishing you lots of success and a happy journey to NYC!

Can't wait to meet you!

Hi Stella,
What a lovely coincidence, at the time I sent you an invitation I didn't realise that you were one of the keynote speakers at the conference. I am very eager to meet with you and the other attendees to hear their thoughts, experiences, and vision for the future. Thanks for your kind words re: my profile, the real test is living up to it :) Looking forward to meeting you in NYC!

NYU Event!

Hello, Sai,

Scott says you'll be at the NYU event, as will I, so let us seek each other out? He's asked that maybe we get a photo together, too, which I'll try to remember. Look for me -- I'm very tall and will no doubt be weeping, as I'll be meeting my WP Correspondent at long last!

Best Regards,

Reverend Sarah (Interfaith)

Can't wait to meet!

Yes let's definitely plan to do so! I may not stand out as much, however that will not stop us from seeking each other and definitely getting a picture. I'm so looking forward to attending this event, I'm flying into NY from Toronto specifically for it :) I am certain we will have lots to talk about. What an amazing experience for you as well, meeting your WP Correspondent, I can only imagine the bond and connection you've built over time with each other.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Kind regards,
Kiran.
