Leaders of the World - STOP THE KILLING!

I am incapable of giving reasons for actions of the people who have done actions of killing. Be it 9/11 or the current killings in Burma.

What I know is that no HUMAN have the right to take a life of another human. Humans do not have the right to take their own life either. Life belongs to the creator of all.

War was initiated by Humans. It is Human ignorance and arrogance that has taken the world to the current situation.

Humans had to fight for freedom because some humans believe that some are more equal than others. Allah/The God is not to blame for our actions. We/Humans are too self righteous to listen and look beyond our own experience.

Only a small bit of the history is preserved. My knowledge is limited yet I sense what is right.

My plea to all leaders and nations that call themselves great. Stop the killing and be generous that greedy. Lead with justice!

Is this my new friend AMEI

Hi Amei,

Love this article and your thoughts. NOW, I present a challenge. How can we put our heads together to actively, step by step, do something each day to make this happen?

I am with you.

Love and ubuntu,

Thank you Wendy & love the challenge...

I have taken a step by expressing by sharing. I have to begin with me. I have to be generous with my smiles, k
te and good will. I meet people with a smile. I listen paying attention. I observe my environment. I meet with peace. I have action my beliefs.

Now you are with me. How can we strengthen our friendship? We come from different worlds yet similar views. So lets make sure we keep in touch and learn about us and keep love, generosity and good cheer in our front.

How about this for a start? Lets us begin peace within us, our families, our old and new friends and increase the circle of peace. Reach others through social media like this one and the old way (snail mail)

Have a lovely day.

with love

That is a good idea, Amei

Yes, we can also strengthen our personal relationships when we do these simple things by telling each other about what we did. That builds a respect for each other ad some others may hear about us and try it also. There fore it spreads with very little time or money.

Everything you say you are now committed to doing, the smiles, listeninging, talking, looking them in the eyes, somehow builds greatness. Greatness in you that people feel and people want to be like. And before you know it , others are imitating you. It seems small but it works. That does not mean we should not do big things or set big goals we should . But there are many little things that get us ahead also and make the world a better place.

For example, yesterday I was in the grocery store. There was a little bit older man in a wheelchair with several flags on the chair. I went up to him and said "Hi. Were you in the war?" He said "Yes, army special forces". I said "What war". He said "Vietnam". I said I want to shake you hand. It is an honor to meet a hero. Thank you for what you did for us." I smiled. He smiled and we went our separate ways. It felt good to both of us, It changed the energy in the store and it didn't cost me any time or money.

Today miy thing to do is I am sending a one page note to each of my 4 children. Sadly my children have nothing to do with me, they do not like me and do not let me be part of their life. BUT I am just sending a note saying HI , I miss you and love you. Love Mom.

It may not mean anything to them, and It won't but I believe it is the decent thing to do. Then I will smile and be present to everyone I meet.

So, that is my assignment for today based on your nice email which inspired me.

We have begun

... to spread the positive energy that is much needed in this world. We must have big dreams too. The more of us act the more examples to see... and people will follow.

I am so proud of you that you have reached out to your children and it will show that you were thinking of them. I reach out to my friends in Maldives and send thema card when I think of them too. Some would say "How do you manage to do it." Makes me feel good even if I do not get an answer.

Talking to you has made these actions more consious and I will increase actions of good will.

I will be on train and bus for some time today. I will meet people and spread some positive energy.

Did I tell you I have 2 kids. Looking forward to see if you get a respons from your kids. Don't give up even if you don't get a response. Just reach out with loving thoughts.

Talk to you later.
