UBUNTU: I am who I am because of who we are together

I am happy to have the warm welcomes of so many of you. My awareness of WORLD PULSE came as a result of synchronicity which I have come to experience as the Universes way of moving me to where I belong.
It is good to be with women whose magnificent energy I feel through the post even.
There is much for me to learn to expand my knowledge base. I founded an NGO in Livingstone, Zambia to help street orphans and vulnerable children BUT am moving more and more and quicker and quicker into helping the subservient unjustly treated women there. We are all important to the future. I believe there is power in our numbers.
The South African word UBUNTU is my favorite word. It is the complete word. Let me give you an example.
Two months ago, I answered a former Miss Vermont's email. She was helping with the new Miss Vermont contest which is a preliminary to the Miss America Pageant in America.
I closed my email to her as follows:

I just heard back from her. She was so taken aback by and impressed with the meaning of UBUNTU that she made it the theme for the three day Miss Vermont contest. Now hundreds know the word, it's meaning and saw a role model following it. Those contestants and audience members will become absrobed with the word, tell others and others will tell even more. It is a reminder of what Mother Teresa said: "Progress does not happen by extraordinary people. Progress is made by ordinary people doing extraordinary things". Today I am going to "put my money where my mouth is" as we say in America and walk my talk, turn my words into actions. Each person I meet, I will look them in the eye, smile and say "Hello".
I already did one UBUNTU action today. I was about to leave a store this morning, saw two mothers with their cumbersome baby carriages. They were going to have to clumsily manipulate the doors to get through. So, without an eye blink I said "Let me help." I opened the door, they passed through easily. That was that. We went our separate ways. May sound little but I believe the simplest gift we can give each other is our energy.
I want to and plan to accomplish on a grand scale. In the meantime, there are many little caring behaviors I can do that say "I care about you."

True, it is all About Giving out what we have
Thank you, being able to give out what we have to some one is indeed a wonderful thing. It brings out the love in us and surely puts a smile on some ones face.
What you did and I believe you are still doing is great. We will follow the lead.
